We are currently in the middle of Kwanzaa. Kwanzaa is a weeklong celebration held in the United States honoring universal African heritage and culture. Each day honors a different principal of life (Unity, Self-Determination, Responsibility, Cooperative Economics, Purpose, Creativity, & Faith). It is observed from December 26 to January 1 each year.
